I bring a unique blend of skills, education, and lived experience that allows my clients to feel seen, understood, and supported. With a background in counselling and psychology, and certification in Functional Medicine nutrition, I offer individualized care that honours both the science of the body and the wisdom of the human experience.
My own healing journey has shaped every part of the work I do. After navigating and recovering from complex diagnoses—including MCAS, POTS, CHIRS, Poly Immune Reactivity Syndrome, and more—I developed a deep respect for the body’s capacity to communicate, adapt, repair, and transform. These experiences allow me to meet clients with compassion, humility, and a genuine understanding of how overwhelming chronic symptoms and illness can be.
I am endlessly curious and committed to learning, always seeking deeper truths and transformative information that can help my clients reclaim their health. Today, my passion lies in guiding others through their own healing—helping them reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and discover what’s possible when nutrition, nervous system support, and personalized care come together.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to walk with you, one step at a time.
In today’s busy world it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or avoid experiences that steal our joy. Life can be unpredictable, and it’s so disheartening to feel disconnected from others or even ourselves, which is where a genuine connection in a counselling relationship can help. I favor Rogerian, Adlerian, Existential, Gestalt, IFS, EFT, and Psychodynamic counselling frameworks in, while also integrating CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Rosenberg’s Non-Violent Communication. Having worked with trauma-survivors from various sociocultural backgrounds for several years, I am characteristically trauma-attuned, culturally responsive, and integrate and inform clients of relevant findings in neuroscience. I have supported people of various faiths, including those who experience faith-deconstruction, and have considerable experience helping recipients of psychedelic-assisted treatments to integrate their insights and experiences. I’m active, adventurous, love to travel, have become very familiar with grief and loss, and yet maintain a robust faith and spirituality. Everyone struggles to make sense of certain problems on their own – at least sometimes… but perhaps together, we can help you to live more of your life by those things that matter most and achieve some momentum towards those things that you’ve been longing for.
If this seems right for you, then let’s connect…
