We are looking for a Part-time Office Assistant for the months of Dec 1/2024 – January 31/2025 this will be a temporary contract with potential to turn into a permanent position in February.

You will provide reception services of telephone, email, social media and receiving payment from clients; provide organizational support to therapists, office coordinator, and for office supplies and merchandise inventory. All this to help the team keep the facility running smoothly in a way that reflects the vision of the company.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
• Engage with visitors, clients, and therapists in a warm and accepting environment

• Expansion of hours & benefits with experience and demonstration of competence
• Earn within a pay range: $20-25/hr commensurate to experience
• 16 hours a week. Must be available Monday & Fridays in December & Monday and Thursday in January. Some shifts may vary depending on clinic needs.

You will have:
• Discretion to maintain client privacy and support therapist ethics
• Relational customer service skills – focus on customer satisfaction
• Comfortability with office computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, online apps such as Canva, and effective computer file organization.
• Social Media communication savvy (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Adaptability – adjusting to meet changing demands & situations including diverse people
• Self-motivated
• Organized – able to multi-task & schedule tasks effectively
• Quick thinking telephone, email and in person reception skills
• Collaborative nature to support the integrated admin & therapist team
• Cleanliness – Attention to detail for maintaining a therapeutic environment.
• Minimum High school diploma but additional office administration certificate preferred

  • Maintain accurate timely client records
  • Familiarity with or eager to learn Integrative therapy with other modalities of our clinic
