Position of Ease - Movement Meditation

Myron shares how you can create freedom for your body.

Position of Ease –  Movement Meditation (POE-MM) is a calming movement that stimulates the nervous system to self-correct postural aches and strains.

Despite what many of us have been taught, seeing a therapist to relieve pain is not your only way…. Within your body rests the tool you need to relieve everyday aches and pains.

After helping people with pain professionally for 17 years, I synthesized several modalities, creating a simple method for you to allow your body to engage in a self-correcting journey.

Do your aches and pains occur when you are just about to go into your massage therapist’s office? Do you injure yourself just before you walk into your physiotherapist’s office? Of course not! This in mind, let me share POE-MM with you.
