Osteopathy - Drug Free Relief

Manual Osteopathy assesses the whole person, not just individual parts, using a gentle sensitive touch called osteopathic palpation.

Treatment is focused on reestablishing balance and optimal function, supporting natural healing.

What is that to me?

Well, daily wear and tear of the body creates compensations so the body can continue to function. Little by little, though, we move away from our optimal anti-gravity position. In short, adapted normal is no longer optimal normal.

Why does that matter?

Consider the typical tasks of life: lifting, twisting, lots of sitting, and driving. Now consider the increased wear on joints and developed muscle imbalances from sub-optimal form. Basically, sub-optimal form creates reduced performance, and sometimes pain.

What does Osteopathy offer for pain?

Manual osteopathy encourages the self correction systems of the body to restore form and performance. Aches, strains, and imbalances are relieved. Complex conditions like organ discomfort, nervous system dysregulation, and whole body pain are often effectively shifted. Osteopathy may be worth exploring for you.

Warmly,
